Job summary

Cebu Pacific is seeking an Innovations and Systems Specialist to support the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of RM systems. You will help upgrade tools, generate market intelligence, and deliver analytics to optimize revenue management.

Collaboration with Data Engineers and RM analysts is essential to drive strategic initiatives. Based in Pasay with hybrid work flexibility, the role requires 1–3 years in RM/analytics, familiarity with RM tools, and strong data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in airline RM, analytics, or systems support.
• Experience with RM or analytics systems (airRM, PROS, Navitaire, Excel, etc.).
• Basic programming or scripting skills (Python, VBA, etc.).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
• Familiarity with airline commercial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to document and communicate technical information clearly.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new technologies.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, or BI tools.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of in-house RM tools (airRM, overbooking engine, elasticity model).
• Assist in development, testing, and deployment of new RM tools and features.
• Maintain RM system documentation and provide user support/training.
• Contribute to special projects (strategic initiatives, automation pilots, analytics enhancements).
• Support revenue forecasting by running and validating model-generated forecasts.
• Collect and analyze data on competitor pricing, ancillary offerings, and market trends.
• Prepare and distribute regular market intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with RM analysts and the Manager to identify risks and opportunities.
• Gather and consolidate user feedback to inform tool enhancements.
• Research and recommend new RM solutions, features, or process improvements.

The Innovation & Systems Specialist supports the operation, maintenance, and enhancement of RM systems. The role executes system upgrades, supports market intelligence generation and special projects, and equips analysts with tools and insights to optimize revenue management. The Specialist also collaborates with Data Engineers on special projects and analytics delivery.

• Prepare and distribute regular market intelligence reports and dashboards for RM and Commercial stakeholders
• Collaborate with RM analysts and the Manager to identify and investigate emerging risks and opportunities in the market
• Gather and consolidate user feedback to inform tool enhancements
• Research and recommend new RM solutions, features, or process improvements
