Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in Makati City, Metro Manila, is seeking a Risk & Business Continuity Manager. The role operates in a hybrid setup with office days two per week and hours that overlap UK time, supporting International Education.

You will identify, assess, and report risks, develop KRIs and continuity plans, coordinate Risk and Business Continuity Champion networks, and partner with quality and operations to embed resilience across the organisation.

Risk and Business Continuity Manager

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours.

Employment type: Permanent.

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila.

• Support directorates in identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks through risk and governance processes.
• Develop and analyse risk information, key risk indicators, and emerging risks to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Coordinate and strengthen Risk Champion and Business Continuity Champion networks through training, coaching, and practical guidance.
• Support the development, testing, and continuous improvement of Business Continuity Plans and Business Impact Analyses to enhance organisational resilience.
• Collaborate with quality, governance, and operational teams to embed effective risk, issue, and continuity management practices across the organisation.
