Job summary

Cambridge University Press & Assessment in the Philippines is hiring for an Assessment Materials & Logistics Manager. The role operates in a hybrid setup, with two days in the office, Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00 Manila time, and adjustments during live exam periods.

The position is permanent, with a pay range of Php 33,000 to Php 44,000. Reporting to the Head of Print and Outbound Logistics, you will plan schedules, manage resources, monitor KPIs, and ensure smooth operations across logistics

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong data interpretation and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and manage multiple operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage schedules, timelines, and resources to support core functions and peak periods.
• Oversee and resolve operational challenges for day-to-day management of multiple processes.
• Take ownership of processes, including KPI monitoring, timelines, and schedules.
• Review change requirements and ensure accurate dissemination of information in a fast-changing environment.
• Review and align procedures to ensure continuity between teams.

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM Manila time, flexing to 08:30AM to 16:30PM during the live June and November exam series

Employment type: Permanent

Pay range: Php 33,000 to 44,000

What will you do as an Assessment Processing Supervisor?

Reporting to the Head of Print and Outbound Logistics, your accountabilities will include:

• Develop and manage schedules, timelines, and resources to support the seamless execution of core functions, as well as anticipate and prepare for peak periods, ensuring sufficient coverage and operational efficiency.
• Oversee and resolve operational challenges, ensuring effective day-to-day management of multiple operations processes within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Take ownership of processes, including the development, monitoring, and regular reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), timelines, and schedules.
• Review any change requirements and ensure accurate dissemination of information to the team in a fast-changing environment that is currently working under exception processing.
• Review and alignment of procedures to ensure continuity between teams.
