Job summary

Cambridge University Press is seeking a Risk & Business Continuity Manager to join the Business Performance team in a hybrid setup in Makati. The role focuses on strengthening risk management, business continuity, and organisational resilience across International Education while guiding teams through change.

The successful candidate will oversee risk identification, governance processes, and continuity planning, collaborating with cross-functional groups to protect the organisation's objectives

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of risk management, governance, and business continuity frameworks.
• Experience embedding and maintaining risk, resilience, or continuity practices.
• Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks, identify trends, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, manage, and report risks through governance processes.
• Develop and monitor risk information, KRIs, and emerging risks for planning.
• Coordinate Risk Champion and Business Continuity Champion networks via training and guidance.
• Support development, testing, and improvement of Business Continuity Plans and analyses.
• Collaborate with quality, governance, and operations to embed resilience practices.
