Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of risk management, governance, and business continuity frameworks.
• Experience embedding risk, resilience, or continuity practices within an organisation.
• Clear communication and influences stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills to assess risks, identify trends, and support decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Support directorates in identifying, assessing, managing, and reporting risks through risk and governance processes.
• Develop and analyse risk information, key risk indicators, and emerging risks to support decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Coordinate and strengthen Risk Champion and Business Continuity Champion networks through training, coaching, and practical guidance.
• Support the development, testing, and continuous improvement of Business Continuity Plans and Business Impact Analyses to enhance organisational resilience.
• Collaborate with quality, governance, and operational teams to embed effective risk, issue, and continuity management practices across the organisation.
