Global Payments is seeking a Risk Analyst III to join our Risk team and help protect our business, clients and customers in a fast‑moving payments environment. You will evaluate merchant risk, transaction activity and fraud exposure to support informed decisions and sustainable growth.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to strengthen controls, analyze trends and deliver actionable insights that improve portfolio health and risk posture across our global platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, fraud prevention, payments or related analytical environment.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret transaction data and identify trends.

• Implement and enhance risk controls that reduce fraud exposure, protect business performance and support long‑term merchant success.
• Analyze transaction trends and merchant data to identify emerging risks, recommend actions and influence decision‑making.
• Balance risk and business growth by applying risk tolerance frameworks that support secure transaction approvals and sustainable portfolio performance.
• Investigate unusual activity and potential fraud patterns, delivering timely recommendations that minimize financial and operational impact.
• Create actionable insights through data analysis that strengthen portfolio health and improve risk management outcomes.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive consistent risk practices, improve processes and enhance the overall merchant experience.
• Influence continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise controls, increase efficiency and strengthen Global Payments' risk posture.

What you’ll bring
