Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Revenue Recognition Analyst to join the Corporate Accounting team and support global customer contracts with international teams across EMEA. You will gain hands-on experience with US GAAP (ASC 606 & ASC 842), IFRS standards, SAP, and revenue recognition.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment that emphasizes continuous learning, professional development, and process improvement while ensuring accurate contract analysis and timely onboarding of new engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

What You'll Do

As a Revenue Recognition Analyst, you'll help ensure customer contracts are analyzed and accounted for accurately in compliance with accounting standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyze customer contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition and lease accounting treatment


• Perform revenue allocation using Standalone Selling Prices (SSPs)


• Process SAP downloads/uploads to support revenue allocation and recognition


• Review lease classifications and contract termination provisions


• Support revenue recognition activities for Managed Print Services (MPS) contracts


• Review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance when needed


• Assist with SOX compliance and audit-related activities


• Participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives


• Work closely with Business Operations and Contract Setup teams to ensure timely customer onboarding


• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• 1–2 years of accounting experience


• Strong Microsoft Excel skills


• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• High attention to detail


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines


• Comfortable working with global teams across different regions

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP and/or Power BI


• Experience in an international or multinational company


• Knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, IFRS 15, or IFRS 16


• Spanish, French, or Portuguese language skills
