Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking a Financial Accountant Analyst to support accounting operations for the Canada business, ensuring accurate financial transactions and reconciliations. The role emphasizes month-end close, data integrity, and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with ERP systems including E-Automate and SAP, collaborate across finance and business operations, and contribute to process improvements in a globally connected finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable or finance operations.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; E-Automate and SAP preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

What You Will Do:

• Process and review accounting transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, finance operations, or related accounting functions
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes
• Experience using ERP systems; E-Automate and SAP experience are highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
