Job summary

Xerox Philippines seeks an Accounting Analyst to support financial accounting, reporting, and analysis across multiple business areas in a multinational environment. This role focuses on standardized processes and continuous improvement.

You will contribute to month‑end closes, account reconciliations, and internal controls, while collaborating with global teams and driving efficiency improvements across the R2R landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant financial accounting experience.
• Ability to apply accounting principles to new business situations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills.

About the Role:

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to support financial accounting, reporting, and analysis across multiple business areas within our Record to Report (R2R) organization. This role is ideal for candidates who want to broaden their accounting expertise in a multinational environment while contributing to standardized global processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely month‑end close, financial reporting, and analysis
• Prepare monthly financial accounts, schedules, journals, and account reconciliations (Blackline)
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit requests
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for all assigned processes
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and support business reviews with relevant insights
• Resolve system and process queries, supporting global teams as needed
• Contribute to process improvement and transformation initiatives
• Participate in remote knowledge transfer and support standardization across countries

Qualifications:

Must‑Haves:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant financial accounting experience
• Financial accounting experience with the ability to apply accounting principles in new business situations
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem‑solving, and prioritization skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels of an organization
• Experience working within multinational and collaborative team environments
• Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and support transformation initiatives

Nice‑to‑Haves:

• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar GL systems
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Blackline, Tableau, Power BI, SmartView, QlikView)
• Exposure to internal/external audits and SOX compliance
• Experience in R2R, OPEX, fixed assets, intercompany, or revenue accounting
• Background in process standardization or automation initiatives
