Job summary

Xerox Corporation is seeking a Revenue Recognition Analyst to join its Corporate Accounting team. You will help analyze contracts to ensure compliant revenue recognition and lease accounting, working with SAP data and cross-border teams to support accurate revenue allocation.

The role offers exposure to US GAAP IFRS standards, complex commercial contracts, and opportunities to contribute to finance transformation and process improvement within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working with global teams across different regions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition and lease accounting treatment.
• Process SAP downloads/uploads to support revenue allocation and recognition.
• Review lease classifications and contract termination provisions.
• Support revenue recognition activities for Managed Print Services (MPS) contracts.
• Review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance when needed.
• Assist with SOX compliance and audit-related activities.
• Participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Business Operations and Contract Setup teams to ensure timely customer onboarding.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively.

What You’ll Do
