Job summary

Xerox Corporate Accounting is seeking a Revenue Recognition Analyst to support global contracts across EMEA and beyond. You will analyze customer contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition and lease accounting in line with US GAAP/IFRS, using SAP and SSP methods.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to SOX compliance, and help drive finance process improvements while developing expertise in complex commercial arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Revenue Recognition Analyst, you'll help ensure customer contracts are analyzed and accounted for accurately in compliance with accounting standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyze customer contracts to determine the appropriate revenue recognition and lease accounting treatment
• Perform revenue allocation using Standalone Selling Prices (SSPs)
• Process SAP downloads/uploads to support revenue allocation and recognition
• Review lease classifications and contract termination provisions
• Support revenue recognition activities for Managed Print Services (MPS) contracts
• Review work completed by junior team members and provide guidance when needed
• Assist with SOX compliance and audit-related activities
• Participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with Business Operations and Contract Setup teams to ensure timely customer onboarding
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working with global teams across different regions

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP and/or Power BI
• Experience in an international or multinational company
• Knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842, IFRS 15, or IFRS 16
• Spanish, French, or Portuguese language skills
