Job summary

Makati Shangri-La invites applications for a Revenue Optimization Executive to join our team in Manila. You will analyze data, manage rates and inventory, and coordinate with distribution channels to maximize bookings.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Statistics, Business, or Marketing, with 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluent English. Experience with revenue management concepts and hospitality knowledge are advantages.

Qualifications

• Degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic corporate Revenue Management courses are an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel operations is an added advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.

• Support the Revenue Management culture by providing accurate statistical and competitive data, and implementing revenue management processes and tools
• Manage hotel rates, inventory, and availability across all distribution channels to maximize bookings
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to guide revenue decisions
• Prepare revenue forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for strategic planning
• Implement revenue strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets

• Support the Revenue Management culture by providing accurate statistical and competitive data, and implementing revenue management processes and tools

About you:

• Degree in Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Completion of basic corporate Revenue Management courses is an advantage

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of distribution channels; internet-savvy with strategic thinking
