The role emphasizes establishing quality programs, root cause analyses, and scalable improvements with Stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, Finance, IT and Training.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Healthcare Operations with focus on quality/QA, process excellence or analytics.
• USRN/PHRN with 3–5 years clinical experience.
• Experience in medical device processes (preferable).
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management.
• Demonstrated capability in root cause analysis and CAPA with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, and the ability to build trust with frontline teams and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead In-Process Quality, CAPA, Complaints and Training in Operations.
• Define and maintain SOPs, quality checklists and audit plans across operations.
• Monitor quality gates and ensure services meet quality standards.
• Perform RCA on defects and drive CAPA; build dashboards and trends analyses.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and data capture.
• Lead document control; develop training on quality systems and calibration of staff.
• Provide guidance on CAPA processes and regulatory requirements; support audits.
