Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Finance professional to oversee Revenue and Accounts Receivable operations. You will review reports, coordinate with top management and tax teams, and ensure timely remittance and accurate postings in Navision.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, at least 3 years in revenue/AR management, and 2 years of people leadership, with strong MS Office and accounting software knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in revenue and accounts receivable management.
• 2+ years of experience in people management.
• Proficient in MS Office; Navision or accounting software knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review reports, processes and staff performance.
• Coordinate with Top Management, Reporting and Tax teams, Operations and other business units on Revenue and AR matters.
• Prepare PAGCOR share remittance; perform entry in Navision; print weekly sales PAGCOR report; prepare summary and AP voucher.
• Monitor negative remittance and reconcile when necessary.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports from IBM Planning Analytics and send to machine vendor.
• Perform monthly entries of vendor share, withholding tax, final withholding tax and AP machine vendor.
• Prepare the accrual of direct cost.
• Record all revenue, cash deposits, payout tax and other revenue-related transactions per site.
• Record accounts receivable/commission from machine vendor.
• Supervise Revenue and AR Team and provide inputs on performance of revenue staff.
• Monitor completion of team deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity of the Revenue Team.
