Strong communication skills are essential. The role requires 1–2 years of reporting experience, solid knowledge of accounting standards, and proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Navision.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, CPA preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in reporting.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting standards and guidelines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Adept at communicating with people across all levels.
• MS Office, Navision, and other accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports.
• Review accounting entries for accounts payable vouchers.
• Encode month-end closing entries (prepayments, accruals, etc.).
• Perform review and reconciliation of accounts.
• Assist Finance team with Navision issues.
• Prepare worksheets, financial statements and management reports including balance sheet schedules and bank reconciliations.
• Handle ad hoc projects.
• Communicate with external auditors during interim and annual audits.
