Job description

Own the revenue-side reconciliation and reporting layer for PH Operations Finance. Reconcile financial and operational data across Tableau, Snowflake and Oracle; monitor and reconcile daily revenue streams so every transaction is properly recorded; and confirm platform-to-G/L data integration completeness (AHCS vs Tableau/Oracle vs FAR). Support monthly and quarterly close with balance sheet and P&L reconciliations. Own the preparation and distribution of external revenue reports — accurate, timely, audit-ready — and maintain revenue share files continuously with Finance and external stakeholders. Record revenue manual entries and the specialized calculations: Commanders entries (non-schedule amortization of recoupable construction and license costs, recouped against minimum guaranteed revenue share from retail operations) and Banach entries (intercompany revenue share allocation to domestic entities for trading-platform usage). Review AP coding against contractual obligations and accounting policies, review contracts against revenue-recognition standards, validate dashboards, and deliver the NFL Weekly Report.

Core Responsibilities

Perform regular reconciliations of financial and operational data across Tableau, Snowflake and Oracle for accuracy and completeness. Monitor and reconcile daily revenue streams (monthly-burst, dominant effort). Conduct balance sheet and P&L reconciliations supporting monthly and quarterly close. Reconcile the AHCS full-month report against Tableau/Oracle and FAR activity to confirm betting-platform-to-G/L integration completeness.

Revenue Reporting & Share File Management

Own the preparation and distribution of external revenue reports — accurate, timely, audit-ready. Accurately input and maintain revenue share files in collaboration with Finance and external stakeholders (continuous, dominant — the role's heaviest task). Deliver the NFL Weekly Report. Assist in cleaning up and validating data visualizations and dashboards.

Record revenue manual entries. Calculate and record Commanders entries — amortization of recoupable construction and license costs held as prepaid assets, recouped as reductions to minimum guaranteed revenue share expense from retail operations. Calculate Banach intercompany revenue share allocations to domestic entities for trading-platform usage. Review and verify AP coding against contractual obligations and accounting policies. Assist in financial review and analysis of contracts against accounting and revenue-recognition standards.
