Qualifications

• Two years of college with no back subjects or SHS graduate or high school grad with 3+ years BPO voice experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years in outbound calling, sales, or customer service in financial services/retirement solutions.
• Strong consultative communication and objection handling skills.
• Advantage: Participant Contact Center (PCC) frontline experience.
• Advantage: ESOP training programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to retirement plan participants to increase engagement and support informed decision-making.
• Assess participant needs, intent, and eligibility through consultative conversations.
• Educate participants on retirement plan options, account continuation, and rollover opportunities.
• Identify qualified participants and connect them with Financial Counselors for personalized guidance.
• Perform warm transfers and appointment scheduling to ensure a seamless participant experience.
• Accurately document participant interactions, outcomes, and follow-up activities in Salesforce and related systems.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
• Meet performance goals related to contact rates, referral conversions, call quality, and productivity.
• Build trust and rapport while delivering exceptional customer service and engagement.
• Partner with Financial Counselors, Operations, and Quality teams to enhance outreach effectiveness and participant experience.
