Job summary

Angkas in the Philippines is seeking a Retention & Loyalty Supervisor to build the analytics foundations for biker retention, incentive programs, and productivity initiatives. You will ensure accurate data reports and financial insights, acting as the bridge between the analytics team and Retention & Loyalty leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or Economics.
• 3–5 years experience in analytics, BI, or operations within tech/marketplace.
• Proven track record leadingAnalysts teams and delivering data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop Operations Data Analysts to meet KPI targets.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all data reports and outputs.
• Translate strategic priorities into analytical workstreams and data projects.
• Drive data-informed decisions across the biker retention funnel and incentives.
• Monitor incentive spend, budgets, and program economics for audit readiness.
• Escalation point for analysts; coordinate with Product, Finance, and Data teams.
• Prepare data packages and strategic decks for stakeholders.
