Job summary

Jobtailor in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Operations Data Analytics Lead to oversee a team of analysts, drive data-informed strategies, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports affecting retention and loyalty outcomes.

You will translate strategic priorities into analytical workstreams, collaborate with Product, Finance, and the Data team, and maintain audit-ready financial records while guiding KPI-focused performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3–5 years in operations, analytics, or BI, preferably in tech/ride-hailing/fintech.
• Experience managing a team of analysts and coaching direct reports.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, Looker, Excel, Google Sheets).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and loyalty systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop Operations Data Analysts to meet KPI targets.
• Own data quality and timely financial outputs; final reviewer before escalation.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear data workstreams and projects across Operations.
• Drive data-informed decisions across retention funnel with analytics insights.
• Monitor incentive spend and budget utilization; ensure audit-ready records.
• Act as escalation point and coordinate with Product, Finance, and Data teams.
• Support planning; prepare data packages and strategic decks.
