Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, a cornerstone of asset servicing, seeks a Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale initiatives across global teams from IOI City, Putrajaya. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, governance, and change management in a fast-paced, multi-time zone environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Define/maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication (senior leadership, clients, regulators).
• Facilitate governance reporting, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
• Drive organizational change initiatives (training, communications, process adoption).
• Ensure technical alignment across IT, Operations, and Product teams; oversee testing, migration, and cutover.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements.
