ConnectOS in Manila is seeking a hands-on software engineer to join an offshore squad. You will build, test, release, operate, and improve digital applications, translating requirements into secure, high-performance software that serves clients across time zones.

You will work with Product, Design, Engineering, Security, and Platform teams, applying coding standards, secure-by-design practices, and robust testing.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software in a modern SDLC
• Strong coding standards and secure-by-design practices
• Experience with tests (unit/integration) and code reviews

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and release features and services
• Write comprehensive tests and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones
• Apply AI-assisted tools responsibly to aid development and testing
• Implement logging and observability for production readiness
