Job summary

Kushals is seeking a Senior Style Associate for its Kalaburagi store to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence. The role focuses on building relationships, meeting sales targets, and leading by example in customer service and product knowledge.

You will be responsible for selling higher-value items, using upselling and cross-selling techniques, and guiding customers with tailored solutions while maintaining inventory and store standards.

Qualifications

• Min HSC; 2 years retail experience required.
• Must be above 20 and below 35 years of age.
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience in mentoring team members.
• Experience in handling cash transactions and inventory management.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.
