Job summary

Kushals.com is seeking a Senior Style Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain store operations with a customer-first mindset. You will build relationships, understand preferences, meet sales targets, mentor teammates, and manage cash, inventory, replenishment, and merchandising in line with SOPs.

This role requires adaptability to shift schedules, strong communication for upselling premium products, and proactive problem solving to resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

• Minimum HSC with 2 years retail experience, or graduates with 2 years retail experience
• Age range 20–35 years
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic computer skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience mentoring team members
• Experience handling cash and inventory management
• Proficient in POS systems and retail technologies
• Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent grooming and presentation standards
• Flexible to varied shifts

Responsibilities
