Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for Buenavista Guimaras. The role focuses on driving store sales growth, managing daily operations, and maintaining an organized, safe store environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with proficiency in Filipino and English. Willingness to work in Buenavista Guimaras is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluency in Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail industry.
• Excellent organizational, leadership and communications skills.
• Experience as a supervisor or 5+ years in sales/retail.
• Amenable to work in Buenavista Guimaras.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes as needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOPs.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
