MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor in Tagbilaran 2, Bohol. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage merchandising layouts while maintaining a compliant, safe retail environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in retail, and fluency in Filipino and English. You’ll coach staff, oversee onboarding, and ensure smooth customer service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth.
• Set up gondolas and display merchandise.
• Ensure daily operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on operations.
• Provide a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small supplies.
• Prepare and report sales, new staff hiring, assignments to HQ.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Follow SOP and established guidelines.
• Any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
