Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
• Fluently speaks Filipino and English.
• 5 years’ experience in retail industry.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communications, people management, coaching, and merchandising skills.
• Preferably supervisor with 5+ years experience in sales - Retail/General.
• Willing to work in Santa Maria, Davao Occidental.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, training, coaching & disciplining staff; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guideline and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
