Responsibilities

• Drive store sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are well-managed.
• Maintain tidy and clean store environment.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements to protect staff and customers.
• Recruit, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for staff and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Prepare and report sales, hiring, assignments to HQ and supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within SOP and guidelines.
• Handle any other duties assigned by Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
