Job summary

Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) in Tagum City is seeking a Retail Store Specialist to oversee the Outlet's stocks, plan store activities, and process daily sales with a focus on service. You will ensure permits are renewed, manage rental and utility bills, and coordinate forecasting for the assigned area, while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in store operations and inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.

• Willing to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• The full custodianship over stocks in the Factory Outlet, including freezers, shelves and assets.
• Plan store activities and forecast sales volume within the assigned area.
• Process daily sales transactions with excellent customer service.
• Ensure the Outlet operates in alignment with set standards.
• Ensure permits are renewed annually for the business.
• Ensure all rent and utility bills are settled on time.
