Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) in General Santos City is seeking a proactive Trade Marketing Specialist to support our Sales Team in developing and executing marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

The role involves collaborating with Modern Trade, General Trade, and distributor teams, executing marketing plans, and managing resources and collateral with a strong emphasis on fieldwork (90-95%).

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and delegation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (90-95% fieldwork).
• A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing trade marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence within approved budgets.
