Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) in Davao City is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day finished goods operations, oversee receipt, storage and dispatch, and develop procedures and performance metrics.

You will lead warehousing and distribution with accuracy and cost-efficiency, supervise logistics in the assigned area, and ensure timely, quality service to customers while traveling locally in Davao for fieldwork (approximately 70% office, 30% field).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Warehouse Management & Inventory Control.
• Leadership experience with people management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel/fieldwork within Davao (70% office, 30% field).

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations for finished goods.
• Ensure accurate, cost-efficient warehousing and distribution.
• Supervise logistics operations in the area for speed and accuracy.
