Job summary

Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) in Tagum City is seeking a Retail Store Specialist to oversee the Outlet's stocks, plan store activities, and process daily sales with a focus on service. You will ensure permits are renewed, manage rental and utility bills, and coordinate forecasting for the assigned area, while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate reporting.

Job description

RETAIL STORE SPECIALIST

Workbase: Tagum City

The position is responsible for:

• The full custodianship over the stocks in the Factory Outlet including freezers, shelves, supplies, forms, and other assets issued to the Factory Outlet;

• Planning of store activities and forecasting of sales volume within the assigned sales area;

• Processing of daily sales transactions of all customers with excellent customer service; and

• Ensuring that the Factory Outlet is operating in alignment with the set

• Ensure that the Factory Outlet is operating with the complete permits needed for the business, which includes the annual renewal of permits.

• Ensure that all billings (rental and utility bills) related to the Factory Outlet are properly settled on time.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or any related business course.

• Experience in store operations, inventory management, and cashiering is an advantage.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.

• Proficient in basic computer applications and store reporting processes.

• Willing to work on flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
