Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing store operations policies and procedures to deliver excellent customer experience, drive sales, and ensure profitability of the store.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership abilities to manage daily store activities.
• Apply operations and management experience to optimize store performance and achieve targets.
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and oral, including presentations to stakeholders.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and improve processes.
• Maintain high levels of organization, multi-tasking across tasks, and prioritization of priorities.
• Leverage retail FMCG knowledge to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
