Job summary

Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI) is seeking a dynamic sales professional to grow our on-premise business in the Laguna area.

You will build strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and hotels, ensuring product visibility and availability, while coordinating promotions and events to boost brand presence. From account management to market intelligence, you will liaise with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Willing to work on flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to travel within assigned areas.
• Holds a Driver's License restriction 1, 2 pro or can drive L300.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-premise clients such as bars, restaurants, and hotels
• Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability within assigned accounts
• Execute promotional activities, events, and brand-building initiatives
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations
• Achieve sales targets and drive volume growth within assigned territory
• Conduct regular account visits and provide excellent customer service
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all accounts
