Job summary

Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI) seeks an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute trade and consumer events, including promotions and exhibits. You will liaise with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure brand standards at every event.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align objectives, monitor budgets, and deliver post-event analyses that drive improvements. Travel and flexible hours are expected to support timely, memorable brand experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or promotions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade and consumer events, including promotions, activations, and exhibits
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to ensure timely delivery of requirements
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, permits, materials, manpower, and transportation
• Ensure brand guidelines and standards are properly implemented in all events
• Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align event objectives and strategies
• Supervise on-ground event execution and resolve issues in real time
• Prepare post-event reports, including performance evaluation and recommendations
• Gather customer feedback and market insights during events
