Job summary

New Tianle Asia Corporation is seeking a Store Operations Manager in Manila to oversee daily store functions, drive sales, manage inventory, and lead a team of store personnel.

You will ensure accurate cash handling, pricing, promotions, and customer service while maintaining a safe, organized environment and compliance with company policies. Cross-department coordination and reporting are essential parts of the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, cashiering, inventory, customer service, and store maintenance.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate store personnel to ensure productivity and proper performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory management, including receiving, stock monitoring, replenishment, and stock counting.
• Monitor cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, deposits, and resolution of cash discrepancies.
• Ensure proper product pricing, promotions, displays, and availability.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints and ensure timely and professional resolution.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and customer-friendly store environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, safety standards, and loss prevention measures.
• Prepare and submit required sales, inventory, attendance, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Accounting, HR, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments regarding store requirements and concerns.
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
