Job summary

Aice Brands Ice Cream Philippines Inc. is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to visit assigned supermarkets and partner outlets, ensuring stock availability and proper display of our products.

You will maintain cold-chain conditions where applicable, rotate stock, replenish shelves, and implement in-store promotions while coordinating with store staff and reporting competitor activity and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• High School graduate.
• Baccalaureate is not required.
• Senior High graduate or Vocational course completed.
• Minimum 1 year merchandising experience in FMCG/retail.
• Familiar with grocery or convenience store operations.
• Physically fit and willing to travel daily to multiple stores.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Preferably owns a motorcycle or has daily transport access.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned supermarkets, convenience stores, and partner outlets to monitor product displays and ensure stock availability.
• Maintain freezer cleanliness, temperature control, and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Replenish products and ensure planogram compliance and optimal shelf positioning.
• Coordinate with store personnel to implement in-store promotions and merchandising materials.
• Provide feedback on stock levels, competitor activity, and customer concerns.
• Report issues related to product quality, out-of-stocks, or display problems to the supervisor or sales team.
• Take photos of display compliance and promotional execution for reporting purposes.
• Ensure that Aice branding materials are complete, clean and visible at all times.
• Assist in deploying new product placements and seasonal campaigns.
