Job summary

Alternatives Food Corp. is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to plan and promote sales of our products in retail stores across designated areas. You will ensure products are visually appealing, monitor stock levels, and manage store POs and merchandising from warehouse to shelf.

The role requires coordinating with the sales team, compiling reports, and visiting stores regularly. Strong attention to detail and good communication are essential, plus willingness to travel within Metro Manila areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily updates report from the branch.
• Maintain and ensure standard stock level for each product (Stock monitoring).
• Ensures well organized record keeping in all branch's transactions are properly relayed and correct information.
• Ensures consistent and smooth flow of goods from warehouse to stock room and to display of stores.
• Assist in stock item replenishment during promotions such as sampling activity.
• Check for damaged stocks.
• Maintain and increase shelf facings.
• Conduct regular inventory both on selling and walk in freezer area (To avoid out of stock and lost of items).
• Competitors check.
• Reports and meets with Sales team regularly.
• In charge branch daily route monitoring.
• Do inventory daily and monthly schedule.

Job Summary

States that they are responsible for planning and promoting sales of the products within retail stores and ensuring that they are visually appealing. Responsible for product appearance and supply in various stores throughout their designated areas. It involves monitoring, inventory levels and consumer trends within the retail stores. Responsible for monitoring Purchase Orders (P.Os) from retail stores. Monitoring the performance of the merchandisers. This role also includes compiling reports and POs and scheduling of store visits.
