• Visit assigned supermarkets, convenience stores, and partner outlets to monitor product displays and ensure stock availability.
• Maintain freezer cleanliness, temperature control, and proper product rotation (FIFO)
• Replenish products and ensure planogram compliance and optimal shelf positioning.
• Coordinate with store personnel to implement in-store promotions and merchandising materials.
• Provide feedback on stock levels, competitor activity, and customer concerns.
• Report issues related to product quality, out-of-stocks, or display problems to the supervisor or sales team.
• Take photos of display compliance and promotional execution for reporting purposes.
• Ensure that Aice brnading materials are complete, clean and visible at all times.
• Assist in deploying new product placements and seasonal campaigns.
• High School graduate; Vocational course, Senior High graduate
• At least 1 year of experience in merchandising, experience in FMCG or retail.
• Familiarity with grocery or convenience store operations.
• Physically fit and willing to travel daily to multiple store locations
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Preferably owns a ,motorcycle or has access to daily transport (depending on route assignment).
