Job summary

Mr. DIY Philippines in Cebu is seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to drive sales growth and oversee daily operations at our San Fernando branch.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of retail experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to coach and manage a team while maintaining store standards and customer service. Fluency in Filipino and English is required, and willingness to work in San Fernando Cebu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Supervisor/5+ years experience in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work in San Fernando Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations are properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and compliance with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor and appraise performance.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update and report sales, staffing, assignments, and cases to HQ and supervisor.
• Send documents to HQ and supervisor.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
