Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Laguna, Philippines, seeks a Store Sales Supervisor to support daily operations, drive sales targets, and deliver a premium in-store experience. You will lead Retail Sales Experts, ensure visual merchandising, inventory control, and compliance, and act as store lead when the Manager is away. Fluent English and prior sales leadership are required.

The role is full-time with benefits and on-site work at SM City Sta.Rosa. Prior experience in premium FMCG/retail helps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-2 years experience with premium FMCG or retail brands.
• Has leadership and supervisory experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent sales presentation skills and ability to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and achieving sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and a premium in-store experience.
• Lead and guide Retail Sales Experts on the sales floor.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising, inventory management, and operational compliance.
• Assume full store responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager.
