Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies is seeking an experienced store supervisor for the Batac Ilocos Norte area. The role focuses on driving sales, organizing displays, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the retail environment.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years+ retail experience, and strong leadership and merchandising skills. On-site work in Batac Ilocos Norte is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5+ years of working experience in Retail industry.
• Strong skills in organization, leadership, communication, people management, coaching and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales growth and achieve targets.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Ensure daily store operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep the store tidy and clean at all times.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with laws and regulations.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and assess staff performance.
• Provide guidance for efficient store operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean shopping environment for employees and customers.
• Handle daily cash collections.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Report sales, new hires, assignments, and cases to HQ and supervisors.
• Submit documents to HQ and superiors.
• Follow SOPs and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/Branch Manager.
