Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies in Mati, Davao Oriental is seeking a capable Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive sales at the market. You will oversee merchandising, customer service, and staff supervision to maintain store standards and compliance with policies.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in retail. The position is based on-site in Mati, with responsibilities toward HQ and branch management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Required language(s): Filipino, English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability & reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensure a safe and clean store environment for employees and customers.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents to HQ and Superior.
• Follow SOP and guidelines.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
