Job summary

Bricolage Group of Companies in Bulacan is seeking a Store Supervisor/Manager to lead daily operations at the Norzagaray Arcade. You will drive sales, ensure a smooth store flow, manage and coach staff, and maintain merchandising standards.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in retail, and strong leadership and organizational skills. The role is on-site at Norzagaray Arcade with duties across inventory, customer service, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Filipino and English.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greeting & Serving Customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline staff; monitor & appraise.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on operations.
• Protect employees and customers by a safe, clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & ordering own-use items and small notes.
• Complete, update & report sales, new staff hiring, assignments to HQ.
• Sending documents related to HQ and superior.
• Working within guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Asst. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
