Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor for Batac, Ilocos Norte to lead daily store operations and drive sales growth. The role focuses on supervising staff, setting up displays, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in retail, strong organizational and leadership skills, and is able to recruit, train, and guide the team while adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field required.
• Languages: Filipino and English.
• 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Supervisor/5+ years experience in sales retail preferred.
• Amenable to work in Batac Ilocos Norte.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach and discipline employees; monitor and appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order own-use items and small notes needed.
• Complete, update and report to HQ & Superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
