Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor at Dipolog Pilot School to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure a safe, well-organized store environment. The role requires strong leadership and customer service skills, plus experience in merchandising and team management.

The successful candidate will oversee staff, maintain displays, and ensure adherence to SOPs while achieving store targets and upholding company standards in Dipolog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Fluent in Filipino and English.
• At least 5 years of working experience in retail.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Supervisor experience or 5+ years in sales/retail preferred.
• Willing to work in Dipolog.

Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales growth and performance.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise displays.
• Oversee daily store operations.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Arrange and display merchandise in selling areas.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain store stability and comply with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Provide guidance for effective operations.
• Ensure employee and customer safety in a clean environment.
• Handle daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items as needed.
• Complete, update & report (sales, hiring, assignment, case) to HQ & supervisor.
• Submit documents to HQ and supervisors.
• Follow SOPs and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Asst/Branch Manager.
