Job summary

Powerserve in the Philippines, Cavite location, is seeking a Store Auxiliary to assist with daily store operations, keep areas clean, and support sales staff with housekeeping and basic inventory tasks.

The role involves stocking shelves, receiving merchandise, preparing displays, and ensuring safety standards. Training is provided, and candidates with or without experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With or without experience (training provided).
• Physically fit and able to lift or carry items as needed.
• Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work flexible, shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
• Replenish display shelves and arrange products.
• Dispose of trash and maintain store cleanliness standards.
• Support staff during busy hours by restocking and assisting customers.
• Follow store safety guidelines and report issues.
• Prepare store before opening and after closing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Supervisor or Manager.
