Job summary

Powerserve is hiring a Store Auxiliary to support daily store operations in the Philippines. You will help keep the sales floor clean, restock shelves, and assist staff during busy periods while ensuring a tidy, organized retail space.

Responsibilities include receiving and organizing merchandise, maintaining cleanliness, and following safety guidelines. Training will be provided, and flexibility for shifting schedules including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Training provided.
• Physically fit and able to lift items as needed.
• Able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work flexible, shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and designated store areas.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
• Replenish display shelves and ensure products are properly arranged.
• Dispose of trash and maintain store cleanliness standards.
• Support staff during busy hours by carrying items and restocking.
• Follow store safety guidelines and report maintenance issues.
• Assist in preparing the store before opening and after closing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Store Supervisor or Manager.
