Job summary

Powerserve stores in Laguna, Philippines invites a Store Auxiliary to support daily store operations, keeping the retail space clean, organized, and efficient. You will assist sales staff with housekeeping, basic inventory, and merchandise replenishment, with training provided and flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Physical tasks are required, including lifting items as needed, and you will follow instructions with minimal supervision while contributing to a safe shopping

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Training provided; no prior experience required.
• Physically able to lift and carry items as needed.
• Capable of following instructions with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work flexible/shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and designated store areas.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
• Replenish display shelves and ensure products are neatly arranged.
• Dispose of trash and uphold store cleanliness standards.
• Support staff during busy periods by restocking and helping customers.
• Follow store safety guidelines and report maintenance issues.
• Prepare the store before opening and after closing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.
