Job summary

Powerserve is seeking a Store Auxiliary to support daily retail operations in a busy Metro Manila store. You will help maintain a clean, organized environment and assist sales staff as needed.

Duties include cleaning floors, stocking merchandise, replenishing displays, handling light inventory tasks, and helping prepare the store before opening and after closing. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Training provided; experience not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift items as needed.
• Able to follow instructions; minimal supervision.
• Willing to work flexible or shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and designated store areas.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
• Replenish display shelves and arrange products properly.
• Dispose of trash and uphold store cleanliness standards.
• Support staff during busy hours with item carrying and restocking.
• Follow store safety guidelines and report maintenance issues.
• Assist in preparing the store before opening and after closing.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Supervisor or Manager.
