Job summary

Powerserve is seeking a Store Auxiliary in Indang, Cavite to support daily store operations and keep the retail space clean and organized.

You will assist sales staff with housekeeping, merchandise receiving, display replenishment, and basic inventory tasks, while following safety guidelines and working with flexible shifts, including weekends. Training is provided, no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• With or without experience (training provided).
• Physically fit and able to lift or carry items as needed.
• Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work flexible/shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, stockroom, and designated store areas.
• Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise.
• Replenish display shelves and ensure products are properly arranged.
• Dispose of trash and maintain store cleanliness standards.
• Support staff during busy hours by carrying items and restocking products.
• Follow store safety guidelines and report maintenance issues.
• Assist in preparing the store before opening and after closing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.
